Suuz is a creative practitioner in movement education as a certified instructor of Essentrics®, Aroma Yoga®, 200 hr RYT Yoga, Eight Treasures™ QiGong, Tai Chi for Arthritis, and a Trager® Psychophysical Integration practitioner. In her Aroma Sessions, Suuz is a certified practitioner of Aroma Freedom Technique and offers affirmative change, habit awareness sessions that include Stop Smoking. Currently, a Level 2 Certified Aromatherapist, offering custom synergies, organic self-care products, and aromatherapy techniques in her movement classes.

About Suuz
I am a creative practitioner in movement education as a certified instructor of Essentrics® L4 With Honors, Eight Treasures™ QiGong, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Aroma Yoga®, 200 hr Yoga RYT, AFAA Primary Group Fitness Instructor and a practitioner of Trager® Psychophysical Integration. Through much personal change, I share the gifts of movement, spirit and music with fellow students.
I encourage personal growth and change through individual and group Aroma Sessions as a certified practitioner of Aroma Freedom Technique and also Aroma Yoga® classes, utilizing yoga, polarity exercises and essential oils. I offer unique programs through my licensed character, CoCo Cheznaynay®, Secret Agent of Truth & Style™.
I travel internationally through my apparel company, ScubaDoRag and am a continual student. Latest studies are The Roll Model with Yoga Tune Up, ongoing Essentrics® and Trager® trainings, and anatomy.

Essentrics® Level 4 With Honors | 2016 March – Present
Developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, a full-body technique working through the muscle chains, liberating and empowering the muscles and relieving them from tension in the process. Simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles, Her completely original workout draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physical therapy which create a pain free body.
Eight Treasures QiGong™ Level 3 Practitioner and Instructor | 1987- Present
A moving meditation from the Ni family, now in their 38th generation of Taoist masters, facilitates the internal movement of energy by stimulating acupuncture points and meridians, working gently bone, muscle, tendon and ligament. With names like “Moving the Mountain and Pouring out the Sea”, it is somewhat like a Yoga flow with a story. Suuz is one of only 42 teachers worldwide certified by the family to teach this form. Stimulating and relaxing, an asset for Type A’s, and all levels and ages. Currently teach at Suuz Moves, Senior Communities, and international events as featured instructor.
Trager® Psychophysical Integration | 2011 December – Present
Utilizing table work and Mentastics®, The Trager Approach is a form of somatic education. Trager® helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and mental clarity. The founder, Milton Trager, called his work Psychophysical Integration. As of 2020, The U.S. Trager Association (USTA) is now an Affiliated Professional Organization of ISMETA, The International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association.
200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance Instructor | 2015 February – Present
From a Gentle Flow to Power Yoga and meditation techniques, I’ve also developed hybrid classes that incorporate QiGong and yoga (YogaQi) for more flow into the postures.
